Tried out this hidden tool from Google DeepMind called Whisk for style transfer.
I took a screenshot of a character (from asset packs I purchased) and had Whisk combined it with a Youtube thumbnail.
Whisk also allows refinement with text prompts.
3D Fog of War for tactics games.
Fog in the grid area is just cubes with shader applied.
Fog outside the bounds of the grid uses a separate renderpass; the objects that shouldn't be hidden are overwrite the fog from the stencil buffer.
