1. Majority of the Insurance companies won't cover for a stolen vehicle IF YOU LEAVE THE KEYS IN YOUR CAR. Due to a large chance of insurance Fraud.
2. The Thief was never found.
3. Police/Camera were not able to prove that the car was stolen

We do not need the government involved. The GOVERNMENT is the PROBLEM.1-working parent should be able to keep his/her family fed.
