I'd like to talk about the state of PoE2.
I no-lifed PoE2 quite hard over the weekend and got my huntress to T10 maps (level 80).
Here are currently my top issues with the game. Note that these are the general issues, I'll talk about the huntress again another time.
1) By far the issue #1: Movement speed. Zones are huge. There's a lot of backtracking and downtime. I think having access to 30-40% more speed out of combat would make PoE2 feel MUCH better. Alternatively other travel options.
A friend of mine told me 'you know, if instead of all the new content, changes and fixes, GGG would've added a quicksilver flask, I'd be happier'.
They may be right.
2) Mana management in the endgame. With 4 links and a ranged spear focused build I run out of mana in less than 3-4 seconds. The gameplay constantly revolves around spamming the mana flask. There are no good solutions on the tree in the huntress area. Not fun at all and a HUGE strain on my hand.
3) A lot of deaths feel random. My top deaths are still on death effect, volatile plants and similar situations. The evasion approach to mitigating those is partially unclear and the lack of on-death information is bad.
4) A TON of technical issues. Whirlwind lance crashes my game. Wind serpent crashes the game. Random crashes and the game starts lagging more and more over time if it doesn't crash.
5) For some reason minions of rares are crazy tanky and often outlive the rare.
I hope these get addressed, because the endgame overall has been improved quite a bit and these issues drag the overall experience down by a lot.
China's message to Australia and NZ: we can cut off your air and sea links in the Tasman without warning.
🇨🇳 aggressive act is a shot across the bow to 🇦🇺 and 🇳🇿, but also the countries of the South West Pacific.

We've recently hired a new data analyst that some of you may recognise from the community, Lilylicious! Part of her work involves gathering information from game logs, which can provide some interesting stats. Check out a snapshot in today's news post!

It was an honour to speak at this year's @HFXforum. Facing an increasingly complex international landscape, my message to the global democratic community was that we need to be more united than ever to ensure our security & protect our democratic way of life.
