•“Wear plain black shoes—cops track trainers in CCTV footage.”
•“Change clothes immediately after the action to avoid recognition.”
•“Dispose of all evidence—spray cans, gloves, anything that could link you.”

This is military-style counter-surveillance designed for long-term domestic insurgency operations.

How to Pick Targets & Avoid Police (Page 5-7):
