This wallet belongs to one of Solstice's verified market makers, who is using it to manage liquidity and to prepare for SLX consistency between markets.

Team allocations have a lock that has not changed. Market maker inventory is expected to be utilized for a wide range of listings. We confirmed this directly with the market maker and jointly verified it with our exchange partners.
