Kindly make a regulation regarding this matter and mentioned the time of clearing across all branches (like operational timing mentioned)for acceptance of clearing cheque for cleared timing in the mind of customer

The operating hours are definitely mentioned in all banks.
But the timing for acceptance of outstation clearing cheques are not mentioned anywhere in any of the branches.
In this matter all the branches have their own arbitrary. (1/2)
