@elonmusk Why not using the Tesla cars big batteries themselfs to store solar energy (V2H/V2G)? You could use your limited material resources for the vehicles!

@elonmusk Fully agree! But with repayment to the population and companies (e.g. per job); in this way, the tax remains neutral in terms of government quotas and large CO2 emitters pay more.
