I’ve had a lot of people ask how I plan to draw in users for my launchpad.

I don’t.

Why would I have that as a goal?

I am telling people it exists, and encouraging people to use it, but I am not sure I understand the perspective that it needs to draw in a huge crowd.

Trebuchet is a tool for people that want to launch a token they hope will last for at least a while. Not just a few days of a wild ride and then it’s cooked forever.

There aren’t subsidized fees. There won’t be later. To make launching cheap or free, you must first extract. Why would I want to extract from good teams in order to make it cheaper for them to be vamped? Silly logic in my opinion. I don’t charge extra fees, that’s the best I can do.

Why isn’t there a social layer to it? A list of tokens launched, ranked, etc? Why isn’t there a chat? Because that shit is dumb.

Always open to suggestions and feedback. Just wanted to address this stuff in a tweet because it comes up a lot.
