So, my question is, why people don't like Deltarune elements being used in Undertale AUs?

I've seen lately a lot of people being negative on using Deltarune elements in Undertale AUs, and I'm confused on why that is the case. As a long time Undertale fan I love that some of my favorite AUs get to have a fresh reinterpretation thanks to Deltarune elements
