Solz

I’ll find a way

[Solz @solzdefi]

I blew a $16,000 crypto portfolio at 17.

Not gambling.
Not flexing.

Trying to change my family’s life.
Here’s the full story

At 17, I became the head of my family.

No safety net.
No rich uncle.
Just responsibility.

My goal was simple: financial freedom for my family and take pressure off people who depended on me.

Crypto felt like the fastest way out.

I built my portfolio slowly.
Learned charts.
Watched trends.
Believed I was doing everything “right.”

Then February happened.

The Solana dip wiped me.

No dramatic screenshot.
No viral liquidation post.

Just watching $16k disappear, knowing it wasn’t just my money — it was my family’s hope.

That loss hurt more than numbers.
It hurt because:
• I felt like I failed my family
• I felt too young for this weight
• I had no one to blame but myself

That wasn’t “portfolio value.”
That was:
• roof plans
• family hope
• nights of work
• belief in myself

And the worst part?

I had to act strong while breaking inside.
No excuses.
No blaming the market.
Just reality.

But here’s what the loss taught me:

• Money can disappear.
• Skills don’t.
• Mindset doesn’t.
• Work ethic doesn’t.
• I could quit

Or I could rebuild properly.

So now I’m starting again — smarter.

• Risk management first
• Skills > speculation
• Long-term over quick wins
• Building real value, not chasing pumps

I’m not here to ask for sympathy.
I’m here to document the comeback
.
If you’ve ever:
• Lost money
• Felt pressure too early
• Carried responsibility young
• Needed a second chance

You’re not alone.

If you’re building, learning, or rebuilding —
Let’s connect.

The comeback story always hits harder than the flex.
