Take note, I didn’t just blindly follow someone else’s routine, I tried the really early morning stuff, I didn’t feel anywhere near as good as I do with this routine. (Being a spiritual teacher, it’s expected) Everyone is different, play around and find the best routine for you!
The morning routine that works for me:
8am wake up and do my yoga and meditation practice. (1.5hrs)
9.30am exercise (a mixture of HIIT and strength training.)
10.45am take our dog for a walk
11.15am cold shower
11.45am set my goals for the day.
12 get to work.
