I started studying Trauma rather innocently, through studying yoga. Then I realized how relevant it was to my life experiences. Since then I have been healing my own trauma through many modalities. Undeniably, having a strong foundation in bodywork, has helped me cope immensely.
I was explaining to my mom the other day how raving actually saved our lives. We were able to fully release our nervous systems and be in the vibrations. It healed us tremendously. At the time PLUR meant something to us. The freedom was excuisite and I'll never forget it.
