ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮಳೆ ನೀರು ಹರಿಯಲು ಕಡೇಪಕ್ಷ ಇಂಗಲೂ ಆಗದಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಳಪೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಸಣ್ಣ ಮಳೆಯನ್ನೂ ಸಹಿಸಲಾಗದೆ ಕಿತ್ತು ಗುಂಡಿ ಬೀಳುವ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ, ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಯಾರು ಏನಾದರೂ ಸಾಯಲಿ ನಾವು ದುಡ್ಡು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರ ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥಕ್ಕೆ, ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಇವೆಲ್ಲಕ್ಕೂ ಮೂಲಕಾರಣವಾಗಿರುವ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ...
