@flyspicejet Unfortunate to have flown by SG60 - Dxb to Mum today. Delayed by 1 hr - packed inside with no AC with an outside temperature of 48 degrees. Landed at Mumbai with NO luggage offloaded with no clear communication as to when will it be received. #customerharassment

@flydubai For a 4.5 hr flight - if it's delayed by more approx 2 hrs then what the hell is the point. #CCUtoDXB #customerharassment. My mother is 65 yers old traveling alone at night and now she has reached the airport 3 hrs prior to find out that she has to wait for 5 hrs.

@askflydubai Inconvenient - do you think that should be the word to be used for a senior citizen flying alone. Inconvenient - huh & the flight rates - my goodness. It is definitely not a low cost fare / just made it relative to Emirates. Low cost is RyanAir etc

@EmiratesNBD_AE Trying to get Debit Card FRAUD noted by helpline. Guess what - 4times after a wait of 10 mins - the call gets disconnected whenever I have to enter card details. RIDICULOUS - if this is the service at FRAUD mgmt
