@david_bonilla En nuestro caso (Onirix), cuando en las ofertas de trabajo especificamos horario flexible, sí nos referimos a "trabajo cuando quiero", aunque recientemente y para evitar dudas incluimos al lado y entre paréntesis "filosofía async".
