Islam is not merely a private spirituality.

It contains a legal, political, and social system with explicit doctrines concerning governance, law, warfare, and submission.

Americans have every right to scrutinize Islamic institutions, foreign funding, radical preaching, extremist networks, and any credible allegation involving weapons or preparation for violence.

If mosques are being used to stockpile weapons, investigate them.

If clerics are preaching jihad, expose them.

If organizations are working to replace American constitutional law with Sharia, confront them politically and legally.

Religious liberty protects worship.

It does not protect criminal activity, terrorism, or subversion.
