@natcat2011 @Emma190112 @swiney6913 @passportwaiting I applied for 4 renewals for our family. 2 went to Bootle, 1 to Durham, 1 to Glasgow. All 4 took the same amount of time. 20 days exactly from docs received to approved. Posted following day. Arrived day after that.

@hayley_snailz @passportwaiting If it’s any consolation, two of my children’s were printed and sent TNT yesterday and to my surprise, were in my hands by this afternoon!

@Hermesparcels claim to have delivered my parcel from @ghd and say it was signed for at my address but this is a lie. I have not received it. Telephone tracking awful. Need a real person to speak to!!
