everyone else just stop mattering after episode 5 or outright has major development happen off screen, but the "main" plotline of the entire show isnt really present at all until like 2/3 of the show in and isnt really that deep to justify hogging the rest of the show
I think a lot of the problems of TADC come down to the fact that gooseworx (in her very own admission) just changed her mind on what the show was about like halfway through it so either concept of the show (the jax show and ensemble show) just feels unfinished
@AbstractCircus@fortnitepomni implications such as the show spending half the show on "secondary characters" or failing to set up the main plotline until like more than half the show in
Gooseworx just rewrote the show concept halfway in and for some reason people dont hold that on her at all
@AbstractCircus@fortnitepomni is also wrong because the way gooseworx spoke about the show it was meant to be an ensemble show and you can tell by the way the first 4 episodes are written compared to the rest
People like to bring up the "they are the main characters" excuse but they dont want to talk about
@TreyLaPlace@Sonicmusic32@fortnitepomni let's be completely honest here, she didnt know they were the main characters until like half the show in🥀
just compare how the first 4 episodes actually do focus on one character at a time until episode 5 when Gooseworx admited "having put everything together"
imagine condor pasa learning that a latam uma is running the Japan Cup for the first time and she tries saying "HOLA BUENO" and gets hit with the chilenese beam by Teao
part 2 is solely about the triple tiara being undervalued and definitely no other implications at all that you could easily make by recognizing one certain detail
Remember when I tweeted "Don't call them 'mare', it's 'tiara umamusume" then it caused a fuss where people somehow disagree??? Then just look at this here. The game literally uses TIARA UMAMUSUME as a PROPER, TERM even highlighted in different color so you lot can read it clearly
