@Majora_Umbra@Coopdog32777690 Me when I make up statistics to stereotype other races as bad but it's ok because I'm dark woke and totally not a racist weirdo 👍
Twitter/X is becoming the new Reddit except instead of extreme wokeness, the user base don’t realize how unpopular their extreme right wing opinions are in real life
@HotOnionJuice@Pontifex Really fed up with you blue check puppets lying about & exploiting Nigerians AND shoving yourselves up everyone’s crotch just because you’re uncomfortable that the Pope rightly pointed out you’re a fucking murderer
The death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person. The common good can be safeguarded and the requirements of justice can be met without recourse to capital punishment: effective systems of detention have been developed that protect citizens while at the same time do not completely deprive those who are guilty of the possibility of redemption. #NoDeathPenalty
Fuck Samuel Alito and this bullshit argument.
Marriage is not just some private religious ceremony. The government attaches real, tangible benefits to it: tax treatment, inheritance rights, Social Security benefits, health insurance protections, property rights, hospital access, immigration benefits, and a mountain of other legal advantages.
So spare me the claim that same-sex marriage is somehow an affront to “religious liberty.” Your religion does not get to decide which American citizens qualify for government benefits.
If they genuinely believe marriage should belong exclusively to religion, fine. Then take government out of marriage completely. No married filing jointly. No spousal tax breaks. No government-recognized marital status. Every American files separately, pays separately, inherits under the same rules, and receives exactly the same treatment regardless of whether some church considers them married.
Then marriage can be whatever religious ceremony people want it to be.
But you do not get to keep every government benefit of marriage for heterosexual couples while telling gay Americans that recognizing their marriages somehow violates somebody else’s religion.
That isn’t religious liberty. That’s using religion as an excuse to give one group of citizens government privileges that another group is forbidden from accessing.
If marriage comes with government benefits, then equal protection means those benefits cannot be reserved for the couples Samuel Alito personally finds acceptable.
@Ungroyped1 I don't know what's worse, the fact you guys post pathetic shit like this, the fact the Twitter algorithm thinks I should see it or the fact you got your lucky digits.
@RoaringBoredom@EZPZresurrected@frankiefey You people have been saying that for years and yet no normal person actually wants to be seen as a racist. Go fly a swastika outside your house tomorrow and see how long it takes for people to file a complaint.
@EPM106@MontezumaGaiden Stop trying to offload any of your problems with the left onto centrists, wokeness has and always will be a primarily leftists phenomenon.

And for those of you who try to memory hole this insanity by displacing the blame all on “liberals” instead of “real leftists”, let's remember that during this time the DSA banned Adolph Reed Jr (a black Marxist thinker who opposed woke identity politics) from speaking at an event due to “class reductionism”
@RoaringBoredom@EZPZresurrected@frankiefey I dont think it's really helping actual pedophiles its just making things worse for everybody else relatively. The word could be widened to include people with an age gap of 4 days and it'd still have about the same bite to it.
@MrDegure@OSnoStress There was politics back in the 2010s too but it wasn't as popular or unhinged as it is in the late 2020s. Worst you'd see most days was an FBI Open up clip in a meme compilation and there weren't many grifter channels around.
