I provide healthcare, I am an employee to myself, I pay my employees before I pay myself, no profits go to my pocket just a flat market rate salary, everything else goes back to the business and quarterly bonuses to the employees. I don’t extract wealth.

@crustyshaklefrd @omgsidewalks Again, it’s what the owner of the business does with the profits. The owner could just sit around collecting checks because his only contribution is ownership, or it could be a shareholder ownership structure which is lots of owners doing the same thing. That’s bad.

You have described an equitable model of ownership the owners are also the workers, and they reinvest into the company not to shareholders.
