So PC USA. PCA just voted down women deacons. OPC is another. PC USA, UMC and other mainline churches have been this way for over 20 years. Their conservative counterparts PCA/OPC, ACNA and Global Methodists tend to be a lot more faithful. I'd suggest seeking out one of those. @goneers
