Like marriage no matter what is a contract by default it is a contract by state rules a prenup is when you get to do your own rules can be as light or as heavy as you want
But like the point is you want it to work you don't want to spend months or years in court..
The infidelity in a prenup is complicated ive dond my research because It sounds appealing right? An actual punishment for the worst possible thing
But
How do you prove someone has cheated in court? It's like do you need photos? A witness? What if you don't have that? Be a mess
🚨 Zendaya speaking on her prenup with Tom Holland in a recent interview:
🎙️ Zendaya: “Love doesn’t make me naive. I’ve built a fortune worth hundreds of millions, and I’m not going to gamble everything I’ve worked for just because I’m married. The prenup protects my wealth, but it also includes serious consequences for infidelity. If either of us cheats, there are financial penalties.
Tom didn’t like that at first. He felt offended, but I told him, ‘I’m not planning our divorce. I’m protecting myself in case you ever give me a reason to need that protection.’ Eventually, he signed it, and we got married.
“I can love my husband with everything in me and still refuse to leave myself financially vulnerable.”
@joshychins Definitely I'm not too bothered by it at this point just how things are
People will admire the photo on top of mount Everest a lot more than the journey than it takes together because that's boring
