@bunq I tried to reactivate my account because I hadn't used it, and just got the reply that I don't fit the risk profile and you decided to close it for misuse. How does that happen when it was never used and had no money? Is a passive account apparently not allowed?

@MicrosoftHelps The only way being offered now, calling, is very difficult for multiple reasons for me at the moment. Is there no way I can fill a form or send an email or chat with customer support, but not call?

thanks for the quick reply but mine is not the bluetooth version (I wish though).
It has been working fine until a few days ago, and now the dongle is not recognized at all by any computer, so it's probably a hardware issue.

@MicrosoftHelps Hi guys. The dongle of my Arc Touch mouse is not working anymore. I loved this mouse, it has been the most useful & portable companion for a long time, but there seems to be no option to replace the dongle. Could you help me? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
