Very happy to be graduating from @St_Catz Oxford with a First Class BA Jurisprudence degree. Also grateful to have been awarded the Law Faculty Prize in International Trade. This would not have been possible without the support of my tutors, friends and family.
@FaringForwards For some reason I was led to believe that practitioners have it before the footnote; academics after. So at mini pupillages I would add a footnote before the punctuation. So ugly.
@kartik_kalra02 how would a court get around s 21A, even if it were to accept your substantive arguments about the unfairness of the credit card contract (which I have to say I am not entirely convinced by)?
@hnjsamuels not a classicist by any means, but sounds like Oxford law experimenting with removing Roman law as a compulsory subject in late 90s/early 2000s. it's back now

@casescasescases the Chief Justice of India is of the view that justice is not blind, it sees social realities. so the statue at the Supreme Court of India is not blindfolded
@seanwilkenkc there is apparently one person in the entire University who can deal with the issue of my bod card not working. and the three times I've been there, that person has been in a meeting. and no one knows when he'll be available
