@British_Airways - my confirmation says business, because that’s what I paid for. Yet when I try to pick seats, I can’t pick business class seats.

Now there are no seats on that flight to choose and I can’t sit with my 4 and 6 year old kids.

What’s the plan here?

@British_Airways No I am not able to book any business class seats. I’m also not able to pick any seats grouped together for my family of 6 in economy either at this point.

@British_Airways I was told to call my customer care representative and they told me there is nothing they can do because the flights are now full. This is a disaster all around and the only one to blame is @British_Airways who seemingly can’t book a flight correctly.
