- Rice Flour & Semolina 1/2 Cup Each
- Grated Coconut 1/2 Cup
- Fenugreek Seeds 1 Tsp
- Mix Them Well & Keep It For 30 Minutes
- Then, make small balls & deep fry them on medium flame

- Mix 1 Cup Milk with 1.5 Cup of batter
- We need runny consistency
- Now, pour 1 large spoon into hot oil & deep fry each Malpua

- Cook Them On low flame until sugar dissolve
- Then add 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
- Handful of Cashew & Raisins
- Milk 1/2 Cup
- Mix Them Well & Serve It
- Last Item: Taaler Luchi/Poori

- Pinch of Salt & Sugar
- Oil 1 Tbsp
- Mix Them Well & Pour 2 Tbsp Palm Pulp
- Make Soft Dough
- You can prepare 10 poori
