For those looking at my profile;
I intentionally don’t say where I am from, but it’s clear where I currently live. Whether I’m an expat or not, and what nationality I am, I don’t say.
My opinions are based on my exp, and yes can be wrong.

Just remember that whilst some of the best and brightest work for government, including in the intel & mil communities, so too do some very average people who have outsized egos, and no ethics/morals. Never trust someone is good, or competent based on who they work for.
@ampedspring It’s their little “don’t interact with these people” list for all the billions they think care about them. It’s hilarious that even accounts with 100k followers think they actually matter in the world. Even if all are real followers, it’s nothing in relation to even one country
It’s kinda hilarious how the right-wing guys here that call liberals snowflakes, are the guys adding anyone and everyone to their “lists” on here. They’re like dorky, but racist old hall monitors. Unsurprising many of them have groyper connections, the most useless of the far RW

@MustacheBob2 Yeah they aren’t the majority. There is unfortunately a not insignificant element of these types within the SOF community, both stateside, and in places like Germany, France, Australia, and the UK.
When I see one of those criticizing me has “pureblood” in their bio, I don’t feel so bad. Assuming this dumbass was SOF/SF, he’s giving the good SF guys a bad name, and that offends me. He blocked me, because apparently he can’t handle getting his own criticism back at him.
@VinnyVinny6644 You pureblood types always love to turn to gay references don’t you? I’m definitely not a bot, but whether you believe im an expat or not, I can’t convince you. How do any of us know you’re American?
@HarryMudd1974@VinnyVinny6644 Very much so. Personally I don’t buy the non-vets can’t criticize vets thing. They chose to serve, and that’s great, but they aren’t immune to criticism from others.
@VinnyVinny6644 So now you hate expats because they aren’t living in the US, trying to make it better? You realize most still pay taxes to the federal government right? Is moving elsewhere for work opportunities, or being stationed elsewhere for years, now bad? You’re a joke man
@somewhatsecserv@VinnyVinny6644 Of course not, politics in 2026 America isn’t about listening and understanding the view of the other guy, it’s about agressively shoving someone you don’t like into the box you find most offensive so your hate of the is justified.
@HarryMudd1974@VinnyVinny6644 That’s a fair, and good point. I have seen some pretty big attacks on Canadians and Europeans. They don’t seem to have the added racist element, but you’re right, it could also be the networks. The vetbros are notoriously of a certain type.
@HarryMudd1974@VinnyVinny6644 Pretty much. I do wonder though if they’d react as offensively as they do, if I was an expat in a more “civilized” country in their eyes. There’s a lot of racism present, and Americans only see how bad it is, when they travel and/or become expats.
@dale_dsll On a more serious note, I will never understand their logic. Let’s assume I am a foreigner, ok so? They comment on other countries’ business all the time, but nobody else can? They tell Brits they can’t comment on the US, but then they talk about the UK. It’s so stupid.
