@shonenpro051@lilifying No. It is the equivalent in gaming. Both because its story resembles twin peaks but also because deltarune transcends the medium in way that are not apparently obvious when just looking at its base story.
@canonicalchris Personally, while I thinkt here is no truly bad mainline Zelda as in "40% basically broken game", I would say that everything that came after windwaker and until BotW was rather lackluster, both handheld and console.
And Botw was carried by its fresh idea.
@pinkorsomething Exactly, because they have more intrinsic replay value when it comes to the chapter story/gameplay. But when you play chapter 1 the first time after Undertale (especially back at Halloween) without knowing anything, it hits really differently.

There are some few companies like Tesla who have tried to spy on whether workers were actually sick if they had lots of sick days, but it is rare and also legally risky. Even in meh companies, you have nothing to fear with a normal amount of sick days.
@Oli_Technology@JakobStrubing@Yaw_nyame35 I do not think the problem is the workers' mindset tho. As you say, the protections in the German work law were there 40 years ago when Germany was striving. The real problem isi that company and politics slept through/heckledd good German innovations like Solar.

@JakobStrubing@Oli_Technology@Yaw_nyame35 Definitely, it is not like I'd drag myself to work for company profit. But I like to mirror things. With laws like in Germany and if the company treats me generally well, I am way more willing to be considerate of my boss and coworkers than if i am treated badly.
@Mabirc@Yaw_nyame35 These requirements are really, really high tho and play no role if your sick days are in somewhat normal proportions. Everything under 30 sick days per year is pretty much 100% safe if you are not provably doing jumping jacks outside the company.
@JakobStrubing@Oli_Technology@Yaw_nyame35 So if i just do it because I feel like it instead of taking into consideration what will happen at the company, I would say that i am not a good coworker. Not because my job is so important, but because still i know it will have a real effect on other ppl.
@JakobStrubing@Oli_Technology@Yaw_nyame35 Sure, but they will. For example, in my job, i handle a distant office of the company. If I call in sick while my coworker is on vacation, that means someone from the main branch has to drive there 2 hours and back. And they can hardly say no when they are at work.
