@AirCanada abysmal service on the AC56 flight that was supposed to depart at 21:35 on Jan 9. Almost 7 hours delayed with excuses ever 2 hours stringing us along. And the cherry on top was the absolute garbage attitude of all customer service reps (namely Jody)

@AirCanada @AirCanada 5:30am updated departure was pushed another 15 mins to 5:45am. Everyone’s boarded and at 5:42am they announced we’re still waiting on the captain. Why is it so difficult to get a crew together for this flight? And why are we getting fed info at the very last minute

@AirCanada 1/ the customer service reps constantly made statements saying their off shift and they’re not getting paid enough to deal with the passengers
2/ at 3:30am they announced their shift is over and the next shift doesn’t start for another half hour and abandoned us

@AirCanada @AirCanada 6/ also once the police were called, the reps left and then the police said “the reps are gone, we’re leaving now, you can yell at each other now”. Very inappropriate if you ask me. And the wildest part is no passenger was out of line or excessively loud.

@AewWelch @GOtransitLW Not a false statement, I’m speaking for the car I was literally in. No one forced that one open. When we changed trains, that had technical issues too. That and the MASSIVE lack of communication from the crew and the inability to think on their feet can’t be blamed on passengers.
