Extremely alarmin @TalktoBPI. Just got off the phone with one of your preferred banking agents regarding my grandfather's cc statements that he hasn't been receiving since April/May 2024 and was told that BPI has been sending them to our billing address.

@TalktoBPI I'd rather you investigate this issue thoroughly and do a background check on your employees within the company because for sure this isn't the first time that this type of thing has happened. Imagine all the clueless senior citizens falling victim to credit card fraud.

Don't get me started about him clicking on stuff/links on his phone. He uses a keypad phone and doesn't entertain calls unrelated to family at all without informing me. Disappointing.
