I am a OLA Scooter owner and i am satisfied with my Ola S1 and i am sure many ola customers also feel the same.
But the the moment i visit service center the nightmare starts. My suggestions
1. Send a push message to all OLA owners on Status of vehicle

2. catagorise the most urgent breakdowns and issues that needs urgent attention, call them and resolve issues asap.
3. Outsource service centers and expand the spread.
4. Dont ignore customer issues, Irate customers can ruin a brand.
5. DO IT ASAP
