경증 우울증에 병 초기인 분들은 병과 나를 분리하는게 이로울 수도 있다. 병이 없던 시기가 길고 병을 완치하는 시나리오가 상당히 현실적이기 때문에 병전의 나를 자기 정체성으로 생각하는게 자연스럽다. 근데 만성으로 병을 갖고있는 정신질환자한테는 그런 접근이 불행을 초래한다.
