Funny you say that Kiz, currently 6 of us working on farm today. Average age is 20.8 years old. All very good operators/stockmen/stockwomen. Our night shift seeder driver is only person over age 26 😬

I think it has been discussed before but I can't find the post. What is the largest mob and the largest area people are comfortable mating. As the stubble paddocks get bigger its getting hard to have <1000 size mobs for mating. TIA

Interested in people's experiences with clover fodder crops. Currently running XB lambs on a balansa and sub fodder and it has now dried out. I'm unsure how to value what is here and how long it will last them. Cheers
