claimed corerct order delivered..however there was no open box inspection..just the packet handed to resident after taking out the actual item,warranty and manual and place the wrong product. Amazon is helping seller to sell wrong product in prime days.

they will not share the investigation details however we have to accept whatever they will say..this is ridiculuous..ther are simply ignoring replacment policy ..not issuing any refund after 12 days of the issue.
