@British_Airways It’s possible to transfer money across the globe in minutes. @nectar and @bp_plc can transfer loyalty points to Avios instantly. Yet @British_Airways can’t even provide a timeframe let alone provide a similar service! So disappointed! #british_airways #appalled #poor_service

@British_Airways Why does BA Executive Club take 10 days to transfer Avios to Nectar when vice versa it is done instantly? Furthermore, BA need to 10 days to simply provide me with a transaction ID! I have 33000 Avios stuck between 2 systems! #britishairways #nectar #avios

@British_Airways Hi Claire, I am not looking to convert from Avios to Nectar on a regular basis. In that the transfer I refer to was made in error. No one is still able to explain why it is taking so long for the transaction to appear?! #britishairways #nectar

@StarbucksUK emailed Starbucks customer service on 26/02/23. Told to wait 5-7 days for a response. 15 days later still waiting. This was my second attempt! #starbucks

@StarbucksUK It’s been 24 hours since I provided the requested information and I’ve still not heard back. I’m not sure why it takes a month for me to get a query addressed by Starbucks let alone resolved?

@HiltonHotels Thanks it was a just a quick snack whilst working but I thought I would treat myself as it was my birthday. A packed lunch would have been far more enjoyable and cost me a lot less!

@HiltonHotels one of the worst lunches I've ever had @ St Anne's Manor in Bracknell. Soggy sandwich with dry chips and an undressed salad. Would have complained but the staff aren't the friendliest!
