@virginmedia We’ve got a complaint ref but no point if you can’t be bothered to try and resolve the issue you caused asap! Need to get online, been waiting since Saturday- booked 13/04 and advised all info, but diff teams keep saying diff info or no engineers. Why book and confirm then?
