I have bought the most expensive UTC water purifier and expected water problems to be solved.
1. While installing once the site was ready , I had to wait for 7-8 days for installation still no one picked up the service request.

@amazonIN Could you make note of delivery fraud , where the delivery guys dont pick up big parcels and marked it as not accepted and the product is returned without any consent of the recipient.
Happened twice -
The concerned delivery partner is from Bavdhan, Pune
