Mr. Amb, the modality of hand over of Bagram airbase to ANDSF was a Pentagon decision not Kremlin's.The Afghan forces arrived there many hours after the looters.They left Bagram like bandits not like an army party to SPA & BSA.The Aug 21 is a mark on forehead of Pentagon 4ever.

As per the Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) between US & Afg the withdrawing party must hv provided a year advance notice. However the USMIL secretly left Bagram airbase, looters were firt to enter & a small contingent of ANDSF arrived 20 hrs later. Doha deal got precedence.

I haven't come across any article or meaningful commentary on modality of Bagram handover. Yet it is claimed that except USMIL on the ground. everything else was in place to assist the ANDSF. Shameful lies. The purpose of the Doha deal was to outsource Afg to GHQ. Talib is proxy.

The Talib junta keeps boasting on security. Afg under the Talibs has become a forbidden territory for reporting & media. Crime rate is high & the standard bribe for obtaining a passport is US$ 3000 which is under HQN control. Must be disappointing for GHQ & doers of Doha deal.

Forbidden information : At least thirteen business persons have been kidnapped in Kabul in the last one month alone per chair of Afgh chamber of commerce. He says the Afgh business community (whatever is left) live in fear & manage their work remotely or from abroad.

Pak ambsador's knowldge on Afg comes mainly frm colnial litrature which is sacred for the elite in Pak. I bet he hasn't met a single independent Afg. His mission is to find ways 2 sell Afg project & earn $$ like 80s & yrs 2001-2021. His project is doomed & hz strategy stagnated

on education.Then Pak rep in UN Munir Akram says the Pashtun culture is anti eduction & misogynist. His research is based on interviews of in ISI camps, Haqqani + other madrsa curriculum designed to suport proxy war in Afg. He sells the ISI litrature to save face 4 his country.

Lets call it confesssions from bottom up. Some Pakistanis are cautiously speaking on deep involvment of their GHQ/ military establishment in sponsorship of terrorism & militancy. Abolishment of pro terror policy & infrastructure + official repenting is required to build trust.
