It's been almost a month now and my problem isn't resolved yet, i have already DM you but no response, no response on mail and customer support.
@AmazfitIN@AmazfitGlobal I recently bought GTS 2 mini of which I received and unsealed package. So I sent out a mail to your help desk and also called 18004199682 but no response of any channel yet. It's been more than week and now they are not even picking up my call.
