@Michael94830484 @Telegraph LPA is directly caused by genetic. It’s not what you eat/exercise and allegedly 20-25% have elevated LPA numbers. I shouldn’t throw % as I am quoting my lipid specialist and didn’t do the research myself. But FYI, doesn’t hurt to have it checked.

@Michael94830484 @Telegraph Actually 25% if the pop has high LPA that is set from 2 years old and they don’t know bc it’s not a standard test (yet). LDL and HDL looks normal, they have no idea. Sure you’ve heard it before “he was thin, healthy, and boom dead”. I tell everyone I know to get their LPA checked
