@flyspicejet and resorting to this platform coz customer care first says the bag arrives today at 11:45 am, then on a second call says no update on the bag! Please get your act together
@flyspicejet pathetic baggage service! Tell us the bag has been left in Chennai airport AFTER we land in Mumbai, even though you had two hours to inform us if anything suspected was there. We reached on the 5th and still no news of the bag, that has crucial medicines
@narendramodi Domestic flights were cancelled till 31st March and before we could think of alternative travel plans, lockdown was declared. And now airlines refuse to give a refund for flights booked during the lockdown period. Wish someone would look into to @fayedsouza
Thanks for the empathy! But doesn't look like we would like to fly this year at the risk of death by the virus, that too we have to book before July to not be charged extra. So please do keep our money and hope it comes of use to you!
@soniaprasadam Hi, we fully empathize with you and will automatically preserve the value of your fare for a future booking. You can rebook online using your PNR under the "Manage Booking" option at https://t.co/It6A1JVDPu or our app.
Apart from that we won't have any fare change provided we book before July 31st!!!! Where do you want us to travel to now?! You can't force our travel plans #fullrefund#nocreditshell @goairlinesindia @DGCAIndia@HardeepSPuri
@goairlinesindia plz understand that the ticket we booked for 31st March could not be used to get home when flights resumed May 25th, cause your airline had not yet resumed! Did you expect us to wait till June 1st to get back home while we are running out of funds away from home?

What's the point of only giving these people refunds? What about tickets booked before knowing about the upcoming lockdown? The flight is still cancelled because of the lockdown and now money is held up and useless @goairlinesindia @DGCAIndia
@goairlinesindia @santkum08080624 Ticket was booked for 31st March, much before we knew about lockdown. And now that can't be refunded? Stop stealing our money @goair. Nobody responds to my emails either. So I'm forced to get on twitter.
@goairlinesindia @santkum08080624 What's the point of holding our money against our will? We had to book indigo , because goair wasn't flying till June 1st. You expect us to suffer and not return Home till your airlines resumed? What's the purpose of this ticket now when we got back home on the 25th of May?
It's so unfair that only bookings made between March 25-April 3rd are eligble for a full refund. What about booking made before March 25th for March 31st, when the lockdown was just sprung on us? Action needs to be taken @goairlinesindia @HardeepSPuri@DGCAIndia

Finally someone with leadership role has spoken. Read this @airindiain @goairlinesindia 'its illegal to hold money of customers when flight was cancelled by the airline' Really hope something good comes out of this. @HardeepSPuri@DGCAIndia#fullrefund
Please @HardeepSPuri @airindiain I'm really fed up of not getting any response, the flight Cancelled is no fault of ours, its lack of clarity before putting tickets for sale. YOU CANNOT PUNISH US FOR THAT BY THIS RIDICULOUS POLICY. I won't stop till justice is served.
@airindiain
This is absolutely unaccepted! YOU cancelled the flight, 26 may, as a customer we need a full refund. You can not decide when we should travel. We had to make other arrangements to get my parents across from mumbai to chennai, so this ticket is of no use. #fullrefund
@airindiain Why are we not getting any information about a refund for a flight Cancelled by you on 26th May? It's mandated that we get a refund for cancellations made by the airline.
1/3 In its statement, the airline said: "Any passenger holding Air India confirmed tickets with travel dates during the lockdown period ie 23 March 2020 to 31 May 2020 and have had their flight cancelled will be allowed to book
