I have sent out a parcel on 12th April. Booked from pincode 743235 and Destination was 201304 but the staff entered the wrong pin code on my parcel while booking and made it 201310 and they can not locate my receiver even tho a phone number is provided.

On 9th april one of my parcels was booked from the sub office of India Post. There was lack of updates from the very start. But now there is no update at all since 18th april. it’s been 20 days, still not delivered.

On 16th of March one of my international parcels was booked from the Head office of India Post. There was updates from time to time till 20th march . But now there is no update, no clue of what might have happened with the parcel.
