@nikravel Please consult your bank regarding this matter. Additionally, should the payment not be received within seven days of the deduction, you may be entitled to claim a charge of INR 100 per day from the bank.

@mainbhiengineer The sme thng happnd to me last year Just after the compltn of 3 yrs with my S21fe phn, it got a green line the very next day. Samsung denied replacing the screen, even though I emailed them on the last day of the phone's three-year completion

@sonali0_ Hey, just so you know, Axis Bank's policy says if you convert an EMI on a transaction or merchant basis, you won't be charged if you close it within 30 or 15 days, respectively.
If the issue isn't fixed, email grievance redressal.
