But our obligation is to protect their babies in danger of being murdered.

If it were a 1 yr old baby, everyone would see that they must be penalized for murder regardless of their situation. You should have protected him.
Unborn children are equally deserving of justice and deterrent.

Exactly the purpose of a womb.
And definitely not as important as the life of the child.
Handcuffs are imposed on you but pregnancy generally results from voluntary activity whose main purpose is reproduction.

@RomanIgla @PhrogPollen I agree but bodily autonomy is involved in enforcing it. Your lack of freedom of movement can be enforced by physically forcing you to go where you do not want to go,, by violating your bodily autonomy. And they would be right to do so. Bodily autonomy overruled.

@RomanIgla @PhrogPollen In that you cannot be forced to RESCUE someone with your liver. Sure but thats not the same situation as KILLING someone to remove them. You should never be allowed to KILL an innocent person especially as you caused them to be in the position they are in.

@RomanIgla @PhrogPollen Don't be absurd. Freedom of speech is about what you have the right to say not your ability to make sounds. Don't be petulant and acknowledge that bodily autonomy is a right but not the most important right and certainly doesnt take precedent over the right to life.
