They barely seem to skim my messages over multiple exchanges and only care for their own interests.

@fxtmglobal It sure seems like you didn't read my email & are only interested in gaining my business, not protecting the customer who used the wrong email & the individual (me, who's also having to do a ton of extra work just to correct someone else's mistake) who had their email used.
