💚 When the Noble Messenger ﷺ returned from the expedition of Tabuk in Madinah, his uncle Sayyiduna Abbas رضي الله عنه sought permission to recite some lines of poetry in his praise. He replied saying: “Recite, may your mouth remain fresh”
رسول الله غوثاً و مدد يا حبيب الله عليك المعتمد يا رسول الله كن لى شافعاً أنت و الله شفيع لا ترد
اللهم صل و سلم و بارك على سيدنا و مولانا محمد بن عبدالله خاتم رسل الله و اول خلق الله
Abu Ayyub Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that four things are the Sunnahs of all the prophets (upon them all be peace) 1) Circumcision, 2) To apply fragrance (Itr), 3) To use Miswak, 4) Marriage. (Tirmidhi)
Eating Whilst Seated On The Floor Is Sunnah
Qataada (may Allah be pleased with him) states that, “The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) would eat his food from a mat (laid out on the floor).” (Bukhari)

Feet aching during tarāwīḥ?
The Prophet ﷺ would pray until his feet were swollen.
It was said to him, “Why do you do this when Allāh has forgiven your past and future sins?”
The Prophet ﷺ said, “Shall I not be a grateful servant?”
