@TheBlueDodger It has been reported that the Chelsea board exploited a loophole in the transfer, sending players on loan without officially announcing them as Chelsea players, but rather as Atalanta players, with a verbal agreement made for business purposes.
We've started well but we need to adjust our defense and composure and the transfer market needs to be resolved quickly before the deadline because we face Arsenal in our third match and the momentum will definitely shift If we're not stable and Enzo leaves that's what's worrying
@TheBlueDodger@gastonedul It's getting really tiresome with all the news surrounding the club; there's something every hour. Please, just get this clear already. We fans are getting really fed up.
@TheBlueDodger@TheAthleticFC I hope Neto and Enzo stay; those two would make us stronger. I like Nico; he could be a super-sub who could make a big difference to the game.
Diego Costa On Liam Delap Aggression :
I’ve watched Delap and I like his aggression, but there comes a point where you have to understand what your job is as a striker. Your job is to score goals, create problems for defenders and help your team win games. It’s not to spend the entire match committing fouls, pushing players and trying to prove that you’re the strongest man on the pitch.
I was an aggressive striker myself, so I know exactly what it means to play on the edge. But aggression has to help your football. If you’re getting involved in more fouls than you are getting involved in goals, then you have to look at yourself and change something. You don’t need to be a bully to be a great striker.
Delap has the ability to score goals without constantly fighting defenders. He has the physicality, the movement and the finishing to hurt teams. The money, the attention and the hype around him should make him more focused, not make him think he has to prove himself by bullying everyone.
I would tell him: forget the defenders, forget the arguments and forget trying to show everyone how aggressive you are. Score the goals. That is what people remember. Nobody cares how many players you pushed after the season is finished — they remember how many goals you scored and how many games you helped your team win.
