It's not my fault at all. It's like breaking a trust which you have built over the years @amazonIN
I have been a loyal customer. Now what is happening is, it was a prepaid order. High value. Now what I am receiving as a comment is that the product is damaged and unreturnable when I had no physical contact with the product @amazonIN
It's so unprofessional on the part of your couriers that they don't care about delivering the orders. They would call just call once and never try again and the comment would be that the customer refused to accept the order. This is ridiculous @amazonIN
