@JioCare It's almost a week of complaint and more than a 15 days of paying the amount for SIM. Still there is no resolution, there is no ETA or resolution. Had ordered the matching number online for my father as he recently went through bypass surgery and he could not buy it from store.

As your amount is higher than one lakh they might act on it. @coder_indian had amount over one lakh he got 80k refunded. But I didn't get anything, however I had also filed complaint to RBI.
