@shoppersstop we purchased a cord set on 30Nov but used it for the first time on 12apr and it had a manufacturing defect.
I went to the store and they agreed saying it's MFD but no one is ready to either replace or fix it saying it's out of 90 days. Plz help to get it replaced.

Extremely disappointed with your service. My refrigerator is not cooling. Engineer confirmed part replacement & says it’s ordered — but NO ETA, NO update, NO resolution timeline.
For a reputed brand, this is unacceptable.
